Why I'm Awesome

The idea of becoming a member of the Shopify team has been a source of excitement for some time, while the opportunity to work with customers to solve their problems and help bring them into a calm and satisfied state of mind would bring me immense joy.

I have been working for the greater good my whole life, and for the past 10 months I have been running my own website development company. This journey started while I was in University finishing my last year of Mechanical Engineering. I realized my passion for creation and found my home in the digital world. With an unwavering curiosity and resourcefulness I have taught myself basic web development and design skills, and above all I have realized that there is nothing I can't learn. Taking on clients, assessing their needs and wants, and producing a beautiful and functional website to match. nd it has been an exciting ride full of learning. One major aspect of this work has been teaching myself, and researching how to do the next task. I could safely say 50% of my work has been on Google search. 

So in summarizing, with my wide breadth of knowledge in the web development world, my resourcefulness and entrepreneurial spirit, my love for dealing with and understanding customer support, my ability to bring a calming energy to conversations and situations, my extensive problem solving skills, and my knowledge and love for the Shopify platform, I believe that this position may just be my soulmate. 

I have recently been told by many people in my life that I bring a calmly energy to conversations and that I am soothing to talk to. I have also been told I am very receptive and a great listener.
